Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 29th, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of personal training services provided by Hammad Personal Training LLC ("I," "me," "my," or "Trainer"). By booking, purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any services provided by Hammad Personal Training LLC, you ("you," "your," or "Client") agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or participating in any session, subscription, or package with Hammad Personal Training LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or continue using my services.

2. Health & Participation

Assumption of Risk

Personal training may involve cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and mobility or flexibility work. As with any physical activity, this comes with inherent risks, including but not limited to elevated heart rate or blood pressure, muscle strains, joint or ligament injuries, overexertion, dehydration, dizziness, equipment-related injuries, and falls.

While I take reasonable precautions—including appropriate exercise selection, instruction, supervision, and progression—no exercise program is entirely risk free. By participating in training, you voluntarily accept the risks that come with physical exercise.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Hammad Personal Training LLC from claims related to injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in training — including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not cover gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing on my part. This waiver is a condition of receiving my services.

Medical Clearance

You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you're in adequate physical condition to participate in personal training — except for anything you've already disclosed on your PAR-Q or Health History form. If your responses suggest you should check in with a healthcare provider first, you agree to get that clearance before training begins.

You also agree to let me know promptly about any changes to your health, medications, or physical condition that could affect your training — including new diagnoses, surgeries, injuries, or medication changes.

Scope of My Services

Hammad Fitness Training provides personal training and general fitness coaching only. My services are not medical care, physical therapy, psychological counseling, dietetic counseling, or any other licensed professional service.

Sessions may naturally include conversation beyond exercise programming. Any opinions or suggestions I offer outside of exercise programming and general (non-prescriptive) nutrition guidance are personal opinions only — not professional advice of any kind.

If you need advice or treatment outside the scope of personal training, please seek out the appropriate qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

Except for claims involving gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing, Hammad Personal Training LLC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in training services.

3. Services

Personal Training

I provide program design, exercise instruction, technique coaching, and progress tracking. In-person sessions take place at 12523 SE 7th Pl, Bellevue, WA.

Virtual Sessions

Virtual sessions are conducted over WhatsApp, FaceTime, or another video platform I choose.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

Booking

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement, and I'll do my best to work around your availability.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours' written notice via text message or email. Cancellations with less notice, and no-shows, are counted as completed sessions and deducted from your session balance or subscription. Mentioning an absence verbally — in session, in passing, or by phone — doesn't count as notice. Recurring appointment times are held automatically, so written notice is needed each time you won't be attending.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session still ends at its originally scheduled time, and the full session is deducted from your balance regardless of how much time you actually trained.

Trainer Cancellations

If I need to cancel a session outside of scheduled PTO (see Section 5), due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond my control, I'll let you know as soon as reasonably possible and bank the session for you to make up at no extra charge.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Plans

I offer monthly subscription tiers, each including a fixed number of sessions per 4-week period:

Basic Plan | 1 session per week | 4 sessions per month | 48 sessions per year

Fit Plan  | 2 session per week | 8 sessions per month | 96 sessions per year

Master Plan | 3 session per week | 12 sessions per month | 144 sessions per year

Banked Sessions

Unused sessions don't disappear at month's end — they roll into your banked session balance. Unused banked sessions expire 12 months after the date they were banked.

Longer Months

Your subscription rate is based on a 48-week working year, not the full 52-week calendar year. In calendar months that contain a 5th week of sessions, those extra sessions are included at no additional charge.

My PTO

I take up to 3 weeks of planned leave per year, and I'll give active clients at least 7 days' notice before it starts. Because your subscription rate already accounts for these weeks (they're part of the 4 unbilled weeks each year), no refunds, credits, or makeup sessions apply to sessions that fall during announced PTO.

If you are a new subscriber, joining within 60 days of my scheduled PTO, I'll prorate your first 60 days to exclude sessions that fall within that window.

Unused PTO

If I choose not to take my full 3 weeks of PTO in a given year, we’ll use them as "Banked Session Weeks", giving you an opportunity to redeem any rolled-over sessions you’ve accumulated. If you don't have any banked sessions, you have the option of paying for unbilled sessions via an invoice for additional sessions trained.

Session Packages

I also offer prepaid packages of 16 sessions. These must be used within 12 months of purchase; sessions not used by then are forfeited unless I agree otherwise in writing.

Rate Changes

I may adjust rates by providing at least 30 days' written notice.

Refunds

All payments — whether for subscriptions or prepaid packages — are non-refundable. If you have a documented medical condition that prevents you from training, you can choose to either:

  • extend the expiration date of your unused sessions by the length of your medical pause, or

  • request a prorated refund for unused sessions, minus anything already completed.

If I permanently discontinue personal training services and can't service your remaining sessions, you'll receive a prorated refund for remaining or banked sessions.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime with written notice via text or email. This stops future billing, but doesn't refund payments already processed. Cancelling also releases your recurring appointment slot — any future subscription will depend on my availability and current rates at that time.

6. Emergencies

If a medical emergency happens during a session, I'll immediately stop training, contact emergency medical services when reasonably necessary, and try to reach your designated emergency contact. I maintain current CPR/AED certification and will provide first aid within the scope of that training.

By training with me, you authorize me to contact emergency services and share your emergency contact and relevant health information with first responders if needed.
