Fulfillment and Refund Policy

Service Fulfillment Parameters

Personal Training services will be offered in two formats, online and in-person.


Online fitness training will be delivered in the form of a personal exercise program, various habit tracking modules and basic nutrition coaching. All of this will be provided through a software, website, and mobile app platform run through third party provider, PTDistinction. While great care has been taken in the selection of information and links placed on this side, Hammad Personal Training excludes any and all liability for damages, virus contamination or data breaches caused by using this third party or any other websites linked on this site. 

In-person fitness training will be delivered at the gym space located on 12523 SE 7th Street, Bellevue, WA. Training equipment and instruction will be provided by me. During your exercise program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any exercise program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. In volunteering to use my personal training services, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage.

While I will do my very best to accommodate all of my clients schedules, I cannot guarantee you a specific time slot. Scheduling is first come first serve, with a preference towards clients who've held previously held a time slot.

Expected Results

While I strongly believe that following my program and methods will lead to your desired results, all exercise programs depend on the individual. Result will be affected by the effort and commitment of the individual, however in some circumstances even where an individual feels that they've followed my program, they may not achieve their desired results. The results that you may achieve as a result of following my training program may vary based on a number of factors.

Payments & Refund Policy

​Cancellations for any service booked with less than 24 hour notice will not be refunded.

Cancellations prior to 24 hours will receive a credit towards a future training session or services based on availability.

Payment is due in advance of any training/all serviced sessions in the form of a purchased session package or subscription plan providing a number of sessions every month. 

All fees are non-refundable except in the case of a debilitating medical problem or in the case that I am no longer able to provide the purchased service as described in the aforementioned service fulfillment parameters.
